ADEN Services is an international facility management services company, which also specializes in remote site management. The company assists clients with achieving greater efficiency in their core business by providing essential support services: foodservice & well-being, cleaning & facilities support services, security & risk management, facility maintenance, energy services & waste management, forklift solutions, air purification, and HR management solutions. Over 23,000 people are employed by ADEN Services worldwide, with 25 nationalities being represented. The majority of employees (20,000) are based in Mainland China where the company has over 850 clients which are served by 34 local branches. == History ==
Founded in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in 1997 by French entrepreneur Joachim Poylo (now President & Group CEO),〔(FRANCE2 French TV News | Portrait of a French entrepreneur in China: Joachim Poylo )〕 ADEN Services was established to provide facility management services to companies in Asia. In 1999, ADEN Services expanded to Mainland China〔(Much capital is needed to settle in China )〕 and established its Remote Site Division in 2000. In the early 2000s, local branches were opened in Suzhou and Qingdao, China and the total workforce rose to over 5,000. From 2008 to 2010 ADEN Services provided services for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and Shanghai World Expo, with 12,000 employees worldwide. and expanded further into Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia. In 2013, Joachim Poylo, was invited to participate to France China foundation "Young Leaders" program, a Sino-French initiative that aims at fostering lasting relationships and friendships between France and China. 〔(France China Foundation - 2013 "Young Leaders" Program )〕
In 2014, ADEN Services has teamed up with French green design institute ALTEREA to provide energy services.
